Learn to speak in a “sharing tone” versus “what you should think”. Express things in personal experience (opinion), not in Universally accepted fact
Listening to make the people feel heard, nodding, repeat back what is heard so that people feel more heard and validated in its opinion

7:30 timeslot – Freestyle and Swing I
8:30 timeslot – Swing II and Beginner
Swing I people can take Swing II if they are more advanced or Beginner if they feel behind
Classes should have more actual moves taught, more months in rotation.
Mini-private – 20 minute lesson for free

Ben Opinion

A number of students are beginning to get bored
Focus on Lindy versus East Coast 6 count
Beginner Class, each week teach basic footwork and then rotate moves
Lindy I (replacing Swing I) stays in Lindy basic
Lindy II (replacing Swing II) stay geared towards Lindy and Charleston

1. Who qualifies? – Anyone who’s enrolled in a month of Lindy II class can take 1-20 minute mini-private with one of the instructors of the clas
